DUKES NOSE VILLA provides luxury accommodation and hospitality services. As such, we do not ship physical products to your address.

Our "Delivery" is defined as the confirmation of your booking and the provision of access to the villa on your reserved dates.

Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment and reservation, you will receive a Booking Confirmation via:

• Email: Sent instantly to the registered email address.
• WhatsApp: Confirmation sent to your registered mobile number within 2 hours.

This confirmation serves as your "proof of delivery" for the transaction.

Villa Access

The physical delivery of service occurs when you check in at the property.
